Make sure to fill out the form in its entirety. Any application that does not have the required documents

You can access color choices by going to, Homeowners Association Color Archive, on this website, then click on Store Info, Color Archives, Estates at Fieldstream and the color choices will pop up.
The previous color chart can be used, and is grandfathered in if you already have your home painted these paint colors.
